We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data we process when you use this website, on what legal basis, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Contact form / enquiries

When you submit the enquiry form, we process the data you enter — such as your name, email address, team / nation / federation, sport, booking type, preferred session and your message — for the sole purpose of processing and responding to your enquiry.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering enquiries).

Processing service: The form is delivered by email via Web3Forms (Web3Forms, operated by Sownce Labs). The data you enter is transmitted to Web3Forms for the sole purpose of delivering your message to our inbox. See the Web3Forms privacy policy for details.

Retention: We keep enquiry data only as long as necessary to process your request and any resulting booking, after which it is deleted, unless statutory retention periods apply.

3. Hosting & server log files

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you visit the site, the hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files (e.g. IP address, browser type, date and time of access) that your browser transmits. This is necessary to display the website securely and reliably. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with the hosting provider.

4. Fonts (Google Fonts)

This website uses web fonts provided by Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser connects to Google servers (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC) to load the fonts, which transmits your IP address to Google. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (consistent presentation of our website).

5. Instagram link

Our website contains a link to our Instagram profile. Data is only transmitted to Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) once you actively click the link and are then subject to Instagram's own privacy policy. We do not embed any Instagram tracking on this site.

6. Cookies & analytics

This website does not set any tracking cookies and does not use analytics or advertising services.

7. Transfers to third countries

Some of the services above (e.g. Web3Forms, Google) may process data on servers outside the EU/EEA. Where this is the case, such transfers are safeguarded by appropriate mechanisms such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access your personal data (Art. 15);
• rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16);
• erasure (Art. 17);
• restriction of processing (Art. 18);
• data portability (Art. 20);
• object to processing (Art. 21).

9. Right to lodge a complaint
